About Us

Company History
Charles worked for a large bankruptcy firm in Ft. Myers where he managed 10 attorneys and processors before starting his own firm in March 2011. His office is based in Naples and services clients from Collier, Lee, and Charlotte counties. To date he has overseen the confirmation of over 1,000 bankruptcy plans in the Middle District of Florida Federal Court. The firm also performs real estate closings and provides title examination and insurance in preparation for closings. Lastly, the firm creates wills and trusts, offers trustee services, and manages probate. We have helped many families in Southwest Florida and have many satisfied clients to show for it.
